Benton's Steak and Chop House, located on the top floor of the Westin Crown Center Hotel, is a part of Hallmark's famed Crown Center complex.  Benton's has one of the best panoramic views around.  From 20 stories above Kansas City, guests can enjoy the romantic atmosphere, excellent cuisine, and attentive service.  In cooler weather, a fireplace also adds to the ambience. 

Known for their fine certified Angus beef and fresh seafood, you will enjoy specialties such as the Center Cut Kansas City Strip Steak, Shrimp Dumplings, Maryland Crab Cakes, and Sesame Coated Ahi Tuna. 

In addition to live jazz Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights in the lounge, Benton’s also offers a full Sunday Brunch each week.  Serving more than 100 items, the brunch features fresh fruits, salads, shrimp, caviar, salmon, an omelet station, carving stations with prime rib and turkey, crepes, and a wide variety of desserts.
